The vehicle was imported into New Zealand by Forward Specs of Auckland in 1999.
I purchased this vehicle in 2004 from the deceased estate of the gentleman that had purchased it
from Forward Specs. The vehicle has been painted to resemble an Ambulance serving with the United Nations
in the Croatian Conflicts in Europe in the late 20th Century.
At some point I will return the Ambulance to its normal Camouflage that the BAOR used in Germany during the 1980's.
The previous owner had done most of the work on the Ambulance so I have only needed to reconstruct the
interior of the ambulance body and normal vehicle maintenance work to get it on the road.
